White Hat Awareness Quote: Day 9

 “Become curious and start asking
really good questions”

30 days of life lesson quotes. Give a little kid a new toy and they will turn it upside-down, sideways, and inside out, in the hope of discovering some little secret or surprise. They poke, prod, and explore new objects without being afraid of what they don’t know or understand. Then as we get older we begin to think that we know it all so the quest for knowledge gets pushed aside. Learning becomes a thing of the past, and more of a hassle than a joy.

Again as kids, we understood the power of questions. How can we forget that annoying “why phase.” Adults may find the phase irritating but to a child why is vital. Answers are important because they not only give us the data we need to fill in the blanks, but our new information leads to more questions. When we are curious about the world around us, we want to know more. And wanting more, even if it’s just more knowledge, can be very motivating. It is our questions and our desire for answers that often lead us to some new and interesting places.

So if you have dreams and want more out of life, the best action you can take is to start asking questions. Those three little letters W-H-Y have changed the world with innovation, improvements, and technology that could never have happened if someone didn’t first become excited about exploring possible solutions to some rather interesting problems. To bring more fun and success to our lives, we must learn to search out the details, be intrigued by the unknown, and become curious about the world again. Learning is an amazing process and if you think you know it all, than you haven’t really learned a thing.

Curiosity must be important because this Life Lesson Quote is discussed in both “Grown-Ups Don’t Skip Have FUN Be Happy Enjoy Life” and “A White Hat and Rose Colored Glasses
